Please join me for a workshop that creates space for quiet reflection, deep self-inquiry, and nervous system regulation so we can reconnect with ourselves at a deeper level. Through intentional practices, we strengthen the connection between mind and body, allowing clarity, intuition, and insight to emerge.

Success Coaching and EFT Tapping is a powerful combination designed to pair purposeful questioning with tools that calm the nervous system and release emotional blocks. This integrated approach helps us access our intrinsic knowing, expand awareness, and make decisions from a place of alignment rather than fear.

Full Body Strength

Join Gretchen Driscoll at The Cove Community Center for a small group fitness class, personalized just for you!

Together we will build strength, enhance endurance, have fun (!) and improve overall fitness through customized workouts tailored to help you reach your goals.

What to Expect:

Classes are limited in size (8 participants) and are series-based on a monthly calendar. You will receive individualized coaching and support to ensure proper form, technique & progression.

Every workout will engage the full body, targeting all major muscle groups for a balanced, full-body transformation.

Series-based classes help to build community and camaraderie. Enjoy the support and motivation of a small group while still having a program that is designed with your needs in mind.

This class is perfect for all fitness levels (that are medically cleared to exercise)
