40 Days of Success
Welcome
Welcome to 40 days and 40 nights of creating success. This program is completely unique in that it allows us to work together, step by step, to clear common obstacles to success and to plant seeds that bear the fruit of success. This program is a comprehensive coaching platform taken from over a decade of coaching experience with hundreds of individuals. Thousands of hours of working intimately with clients on their success goals have informed this coaching journey you are about to embark on…welcome.
We all long for success. However, most of us stop ourselves before we begin. So many of us block our own success by way of fear, doubt, limited beliefs, and conditioning that tells us we’re not good enough to have the dreams we long for and vision. This program will help you dismantle and discard the old stuff that is sitting in your system, getting in the way of your ability to deeply believe in yourself and stay consistent with your actions.
The program takes you through the inner blocks that many of us struggle with, especially when choosing to create something new and better for ourselves. We shift the traditional goal setting paradigm by focusing inward to unlock our true potential; seeking to align our thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviors with our true north - which lives within us.
Each day, we meet with 2 Tapping Audios - one to clear the blocks and the other to affirm our success. Many “manifesting” programs skip the essential clearing step - and try to pour affirmations on top of dirty soil, if you will. Together, we learn that we need to till the soil, pull the weeds, and get rid of the rot before we plant the seeds of our dreams and goals.
After every theme we conquer, we have time to digest and process, journal and reflect. Integration is a critical step in change, and these process days help us to do just that.
I am sending big love and gratitude to you. It takes enormous courage to look inward to find joy and success. I trust you will find what you are looking for, and more, if you give this program an open heart and mind. If you get stuck or need additional support, please reach out for a one-on-one session.
You are worthy of all that you seek.
With love,
Gretchen
Guidance
While this program moves in a particular sequence and as your coach, I do believe this is the most effective way to use the material on the first go around. If your intuition guides you in another way, please listen.
There is no right or wrong - I only suggest this format as a best practice. Do go through all the audios and if one seems like it needs more time, keep repeating to feel complete.
What to expect:
Each day will have a clearing tapping & a supportive affirmation tap
Have a journal & pen ready - I encourage you to pause the recording at any time and note what is coming up for you
Reflection - The last 2 days of each theme are reflection days and are an opportunity for you to look back at those notes and process what is shifting
(Good place for any other recommendations/reminders - ex. do these anytime but recommend using the clearing tap at the start of day and affirmations at the end, etc. I know you say much of this above but people often need a. Repetition. B. clear, specific instructions - having this area specifically for that will help with reducing the cognitive load so they know what to expect and what their actions are each day)
Outline:
Days 1-5: Solidifying our commitment
Days 6-11: Self-doubt
Days 12-17: Beliefs of not enough
Days 18-24: Success is hard
Days 25-31: Fear of success
Days 32-36: Procrastination
Days 37-40: Success as my identity
DISCLAIMER: These audios are designed to be a self-help program.

Opening Self up to Making the Commitment to the Program and the Creation of Success
We will start by opening ourselves up to making the commitment to ourselves, the process, and the fullness of the program. Getting clear about our commitment to ourselves and the program, grounds us in the work and the self-discovery ahead.

Getting Clear about Creating Success – While Remaining Open to All the Possibilities
Some of us may be very clear about your goals for this program. Some may want to be open to possibility. Either approach works for our time together. I highly recommend writing a few things down for yourself so that you can track your progress and discovery along the way.

Releasing Past Struggles from Today’s Success
To create future success, we must release the past. We often carry memories of past wins and losses and use that old evidence to define what we believe is possible. In today’s tapping, we clear those past struggles from our consciousness so we are free to create anew. This moment—and the moments that follow—are where your future self and success are created.

Releasing Self-Doubt
Day 6 begins our series on clearing self-doubt. Self-doubt can be deeply ingrained, quietly eroding our trust in ourselves and our abilities. Through tapping, we gently break down the thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that keep doubt in place. As doubt releases, we reconnect with our own competence—and from that place, confidence naturally shines through.

Self- Doubt and Getting Out of Comfort
Success is available to you as you clear the obstacles from your system.
Today’s clearing focuses on “being out of comfort” and the doubt that can arise when we step into something new. Self-doubt keeps us playing small and avoiding risk. Growth and success require expansion. Today’s Tapping helps release doubt so you can feel confident moving beyond comfort and fully into your success.

Self-Doubt and the Be-Do-Have of Success
When we ask ourselves to create something new in our success, ultimately, we are asking to experience ourselves as fully capable of creating the life we desire. To do that, we need tools and practices that help us embody success—the being of success—take aligned action—the doing of success—and truly holding our success in mind, body, and heart - which is the having of success.

Self-Doubt and Trusting “that it will all come together”
Day 9 focuses on the doubt that arises when we can’t yet see our success taking shape. When we question how or when it will manifest, worry and uncertainty can pull us off track—causing us to stall, get distracted, or lose momentum. Success requires consistent action and trust in the vision you’re creating. Today’s tapping helps clear the stress and doubt of “not knowing,” so you can stay grounded in faith, trust yourself, and feel safe knowing it is all coming together.

For Days 10 and 11, we'll be focusing on pausing, reflecting, and releasing. It's crucial for personal growth to take time to acknowledge your progress. This program is designed with intentional pauses for you to reflect and let go of anything from previous Taps that is still bothering you as well as feel a sense of pride or accomplishment for how you are serving yourself.

Day 12 – Clearing “Not Good Enough” from Success
Day 12 begins a series focused on the “not enoughs” that block us from believing in our ability to create the life we desire. Many of us absorbed messages—spoken or unspoken—that told us we were not enough in some way. Over time, those beliefs shaped how we see ourselves and what we believe is possible. It’s time to release the limits of “not enough” and reconnect with your full greatness and potential. Today’s tap is designed to help you do exactly that.

Clearing “Not Disciplined Enough” from Success
Day 13 addresses the belief that we’re “not disciplined enough” and how it disrupts the entire success process. When we hold this belief, we may shrink, stall, or even sabotage our progress. By tapping and clearing this pattern from the mind-body-energy system, we open to new ways of seeing ourselves. As we reconnect with our ability to commit to aligned action, consistency and discipline become natural expressions of our success.

Clearing “Not Enough Time” from Creating Success
It’s time to clear the belief that there isn’t enough time. Day 14 helps you shift out of the constant pressure of “not enough time.” With full lives and many responsibilities, this belief can quietly keep us from prioritizing ourselves and our goals. Today’s tap helps release the stress and urgency around time, so you can find a new rhythm—one that supports your success with clarity and balance.

Congratulations on your progress with the program! While it's challenging to face and release old blocks and limitations, it's far more empowering than remaining a prisoner to them. Not everyone chooses to be proactive in their lives and success; it can sometimes feel easier to remain a victim of worn-out stories and conditions. I hope you feel proud of yourself for reaching into the shadows to uncover the light, essence, inherent worth, beauty, and gifts that lie within you.

Clearing “Hard Work” from Creating Success
Day 18 explores how our thoughts and beliefs form the foundation of our life experiences. We are constantly surrounded by messages that say life, work, and success must be hard—and over time, we’re conditioned to expect and experience struggle. If we desire more ease in our lives and creative process, we must release this conditioning and the emotions that keep it in place.

Clearing “Hard Not to Give Up” on my Success
Day 19 helps us release the belief that “it is hard not to give up”. With this Tap, you’ll begin to understand that motivation and energy naturally rise and fall, and that rest does not mean giving up. As commitment builds over time, you’re freed to consciously choose the challenge of your goals—and to stay connected to yourself and your success.

Clearing Belief that “Success is Hard to Maintain”
Our belief systems shape how we think, feel, and act—and when we hold the belief that “success is hard to maintain,” inconsistency naturally follows. Inconsistency can create a cycle of starting and stopping that reinforces the belief, creating a habit. Today’s tap helps clear the energy and emotion behind this pattern, so you can build consistency and become a steady driver of the results you want to create.

Clearing “Hard to Ask for Support”
Success often involves others, and allowing support can be essential to manifesting our dreams. When we avoid asking for help because it feels “too hard,” we limit our creativity and interrupt our natural flow. When we let ourselves be supported, we are lifted, experience greater ease, and feel the encouragement around us.

Clearing “Hard to Believe it Could be Easy”
We have been indoctrinated to focus on things” being hard’. Everywhere you go, people talk about “life being hard”. It is no wonder that we would think it would be hard for success to be easy! Day 22’s Tap helps us tap into the courage and willingness to release this burden from your success process. This will make room for greater ease in your experience.

Releasing Fear of Failure
Success is not meant to be perfect. It is a living, miraculous process of starts and stops, lessons learned, and growth along the way. In today’s tapping, we release the fear of failure so we can embrace imperfection as a natural and beautiful part of success—rather than using it as proof to stop ourselves from moving forward.

Releasing Fear of Success
Today we work with the counterpart to fear of failure: the fear of success. This fear often causes us to shrink or hold back. When we can’t yet see ourselves as fully successful, we may imagine rejection or believe we won’t be able to sustain success. In today’s tapping, we release these fears so we can fully embrace ourselves, our success, and our creative potential.

Releasing Fear of Being out of Comfort
The process of creating success can kick up real fear for many of us. We love to feel comfortable, we love our routines, and we feel unnerved when forced to leave them. This causes fear of being out of comfort which can cause us to retract from our goals or stop ourselves from dreaming big. Let’s Tap together so that we can find ways to comfort ourselves as we challenge and move into new territory.

Releasing Inner Conflict about Success
Inner conflict is a fear-based block to success. One part of you is ready to grow, while another wants to hide and shrink. This push-pull drains your energy and creates confusion. On Day 28, we Tap to clear this conflict so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and ease.

Cleaning Up the Residue of Fear from Success
This audio helps us clean up residual fears that may be lingering and interfering with a smooth path forward. Today we remind ourselves that fear is a natural human aspect of life, but when overgeneralized in the area of our growth, we need to clean it up and clear it out.

Clearing Procrastination and Delay
Procrastination - the silent killer of success. In this work, we understand that procrastination is a habit of the mind, body, and energy system. We can use Tapping to reduce our tendency to procrastinate by uncovering and releasing our thoughts, feelings, and the feedback loop that is caused through the inaction of procrastination. This frees us to take purposeful action in a timely manner towards our goals.

Clearing Blocks to Prioritizing Self & Success
To create success, we need to be able to prioritize ourselves and our success. Most of us have spent our lifetimes prioritizing other’s needs over our own. It takes practice and intention to come to a place where we can serve ourselves and properly boundary our time and energy. Tapping creates ease when we feel stressed about saying yes to ourselves.

Building the Skill
For Days 34 and 35, we continue building your ability to prioritize yourself and practice timeliness. In Days 32 and 33, you identified patterns of procrastination and explored why prioritizing yourself and your success can feel difficult.
Review your Tapping from Days 32 and 33. Take notes on recurring themes and reflect on what you uncover. Then answer:
What do you most often procrastinate?
What is hardest for you to prioritize?

Clearing Impatience from the Success Process
Neither impatience nor frustration speeds up success. Growth takes time. Often, our expectations about when success should arrive conflict with its natural timing.
Impatience can lead us to false conclusions or impulsive decisions in an effort to force results. Today’s Tap invites patience into your success process. With patience comes greater inner peace, clarity, and trust in the natural unfolding of your progress.

Closing with Faith in Self and Process
Today is about completing this program with faith — faith in yourself, faith in the process, and faith in your ability to choose and move toward success.
Faith is complete trust and confidence in someone or something. I hope that you now hold that kind of faith in yourself — trusting your ability to achieve your dreams and redefine how you see your life.
