How to Stop Worrying - Virtual Tapping Workshop

Why do we worry? We know “we should stop,” but we keep doing it. Why?

As a Success Coach & EFT Tapping Specialist, I have been helping individuals understand why they do the things they do and how to course correct to build an inner (and outer) life that works for them. Chronic worry is, in many ways, an “acceptable habit” to have in this world. We’re taught to worry about things that are out of our control. We’ve been conditioned to think that it can be helpful. And even if we know better…we can’t stop.

Worry is a habit that erodes our well-being. Habits are hard to break unless fully interrupted. Worry consumes our energy and drains our life force. Worry is like the proverbial hamster wheel - we keep running in it, thinking we’re going to get somewhere, but we wind up exhausted and drained.

Tapping has the potential to help us break free from the habit of worry. Tapping reduces stress in the mind and body system. The tool has been clinically proven to reduce cortisol in the bloodstream. Tapping alongside Success Coaching builds inner strength and emotional awareness.
